You’ve probably noticed the blue trend, so I thought I would show you some easy ways to decorate with the colour blue. You can introduce blue without it being too overpowering and equally there are ways of letting blue take over a room completely. My approach is normally the not too overpowering way, that way it’s also easy to change. Here are 5 easy ways to add blue.

Did you notice how well the colour blue comes out in these photos? Sometimes less really is more.

If you want more of an effect you can add layers of textures and why not blue clothes? Hang blue items up and display them, like here in this cute photo.

    Blue is my favorite color. Adding a little blue to an otherwise neutral space is a wonderful way to add a little freshness and happiness. I used blue (very sparingly) as an accent color when decorating my small apartment in Budapest.
