5 Inspiring picture wall ideas

1/20/2016

I must be the only interior design blogger who still doesn’t have a picture wall. We are still renting, so I haven’t put up that many pictures. I do have some space in the living room though.. What type of photo wall do you like? A well organised one or more random? I really like a mix of frames and sizes. I’ve found 5 inspiring picture walls for inspiration.

For other picture wall ideas have a look at my Pinterest board. I really like thin frames and have seen some on sale in Habitat. They also sell mounts. I think it looks good to have frames with different mounts so it doesn’t all look the same. Maybe I will create a picture wall after all.. I’m tempted.

Lovely selection dear Hege! Picture wall is something I really like to see on interior photos, but it was lacking in our own home for so long time.. I was somehow afraid of making holes into the beautiful white wall! Anyway, now we have done it and I’m glad I took myself together.
As for layout, I tend to prefer the random one with the mix of different frames.
