I love discovering designers I haven’t already heard of, so when I saw the first photo in this post I wanted to see more. I discovered a beautiful apartment in Florence designed by Filippo Carandini. He works both interior design and branding. I think his work is amazing. This entire apartment is a dream and I love the neutral colours throughout. It has a nice flow.
I wrote a post about patterned tiles a couple of weeks ago, in fact it was a Tuesday Tips post. This bathroom demonstrates exactly what I was writing about. You can add as much or as little pattern as you want, but the effect you get from adding patterned tiles is great. In this bathroom less is definitely more. My eyes are also drawn to the large round mirror and the beautiful gold table.
