Yes, Spring has finally arrived here in Scotland and it was about time! It’s not every week you see a big sun and no clouds when you check the weather forecast for the week, so we’re very happy when it happens.
My Pinterest account have for a long time been bombarded with green plants and it’s not something that’s going to stop any time soon. The green plant trend has well and truly taken over and is here to stay. With Spring here, I’ve been out buying some nice flowers for our balcony planters too.
I’ve even added some Parrot Tulips to my own bedroom for a bit of a Spring feel. They don’t last for that long, but I quite like styling the seasons. The white linen cushions covers are from my shop S2 20 and the white bedlinen from Made.com.
Last year I styled my bedroom for Summer. As usual my bedroom has changed quite a bit since last year. There will be more changes coming up soon too, as I’ve given my desk away. It had turned into more of a storage unit than anything, so I’m now on the hunt for the perfect storage unit or side board, preferably with doors to hide my mess! I’ve have been searching for one for a couple of days, but still haven’t found exactly what I’m looking for, so my search continues. I need something that can offer me plenty of storage space. If you have any good suggestions please let me know!
On top of my list just now is this BESTÅ unit from IKEA, but I was kind of hoping to find something a little more grown up and sophisticated (not that I’m either), but I would like something I can move to our new home when we one day finally find it! But that’s a whole different story! Have a nice new week!
